These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Swipewise AI: Storage Cleaner ("Swipewise", "the app"), published by AllLanguageTranslators ("we", "us") on Google Play. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Swipewise does

Swipewise helps you review and remove photos, videos and screenshots you may not need, such as similar shots, exact duplicates, blurry photos, old screenshots and large videos. It also helps you find duplicate contacts. The analysis runs on your device. The app suggests items, but you decide what to delete, and every deletion asks for your confirmation.

The app's suggestions are produced automatically and may not always be right. For example, two photos may look similar but matter to you differently, and the "best shot" chosen for you may not be your favorite. Always review items before you confirm a deletion.

2. Your responsibility for your content

  • You are responsible for the photos, videos and contacts you choose to delete.
  • On Android 11 and later, deleted items go to your phone's Trash, where Android typically keeps them for about 30 days. On older Android versions, deletion is permanent.
  • We recommend keeping a backup (for example Google Photos or a computer) of anything important before cleaning.
  • We cannot recover deleted files for you, because your files never leave your device.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Swipewise on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use and in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, remove any notices, interfere with its ads or purchase system, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Free version and ads

Swipewise is free to download. The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob and lets you delete up to 50 items in a single action. You can then continue in further batches. Ads and data used for ads are described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Swipewise Pro subscriptions

Swipewise Pro removes ads and the 50-item limit per action. It is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example weekly or yearly) through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by country.

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
  • Free trials: Some plans may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged automatically. Trials are available once per eligible Google account as decided by Google Play.
  • Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancelling: You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Refunds: Purchases are processed by Google and are subject to the Google Play refund policy. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Price changes: If a subscription price changes, Google Play will notify you in advance as required by its policies and local law.
  • Restoring: If you reinstall the app or change phones, use Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Google account.

6. Third-party services

The app uses services provided by Google, including Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google's consent tool (User Messaging Platform), Google ML Kit and MediaPipe. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for the content of ads shown in the app.

7. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks. Your photos, videos and contacts remain yours. We claim no rights over them and never receive them.

8. Availability and updates

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app at any time, for example to fix bugs, improve accuracy or meet Google Play requirements. Some features may need a recent version of Android or Google Play services. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or work on every device.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee how much storage space you will free, or that the app's suggestions will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, photos, videos, contacts or other content, arising from your use of the app or from items you chose to delete. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Remember to cancel any active subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your license if you break these Terms. Sections 2, 7, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
